Do you offer payment plans?
1Yes. A 20% deposit is required to secure your spot on my calendar. The remaining balance is typically spread over six months unless otherwise specified. Shorter plans or milestone-based payments can also be arranged depending on the project scope and timeline.
How far out are you booking?
2Availability varies. I take on a limited number of projects at a time, so I recommend inquiring early if you have a specific timeline in mind.
How involved will I be in the proccess?
3Your insight and feedback are an important part of the work we do together. I’ve honed this process over the years, so I know how to gather what I need from you without overloading your schedule. You’ll always know what’s needed and when, making the process collaborative, efficient, and easy to move through.
Do you work with existing logos?
4No. My process is built to create a clear, cohesive brand from the ground up. Mixing old elements with new almost always leads to a disjointed result, and that’s not something I’m interested in delivering.
Starting fresh allows me to make intentional decisions, ensure everything works together, and create a brand that truly supports your goals
Do you handle the technical setup and website launch?
5Yes. I take care of the full technical setup, integrations, and website launch so you don’t have to worry about the backend details.
How do I get started?
6Start by filling out the inquiry form on my contact page. If it looks like a good fit, I’ll invite you to schedule a discovery call so we can talk through your project, goals, and timing. This call is relaxed and no-pressure. It’s simply a chance to chat, ask questions, and work out the timeline & scope details if you want to move forward.
After the call, I’ll send over a detailed proposal. To lock in your start date, a signed contract and 20% deposit are required.
